With over fifteen years of experience in the industry, he has been directly involved in the acquisition, entitlement, construction, and disposition of more than 250 commercial properties totaling over $550 million in developed value.

His background spans the full development lifecycle — from identifying raw land opportunities and navigating complex municipal approvals to managing ground-up construction and delivering completed projects for national and regional retailers. Austin's hands-on approach and deep market knowledge allow PTX to move quickly on opportunities and deliver results that institutional developers often can't match.
